Privacy Policy

Who we are

Our website address: https://trening.center.

What personal data do we collect and for what purpose?

Necessity of personal data

Collection and processing of personal data is necessary to fulfill the contract with the user (public offer) to provide access to the purchased video course and other paid content with restricted access. Differentiation of access to paid content is impossible without separating users by attributes, recording purchases, and financial relationships, which in turn imposes obligations to identify customers (if necessary to clarify financial transactions). The collection of various analytical parameters is necessary for proper management of customers’ access to the content.

Purposes of data processing

We process your data for the following purposes:

  • Provision of services: For managing your account, processing orders and providing access to protected copyrighted content.
  • Communication: For contacting you regarding issues related to your access to the content, as well as for sending messages and updates.
  • Analysis and improvement: For analyzing the use of our site and improving our services, including analysis of user behavior to optimize content and functionality.
  • Compliance with the law: To fulfill legal obligations, including the retention of data to meet legal norms and protect users’ rights.
  • Security: To ensure the security of our site and protection against fraud, including monitoring abnormal activity.

Explicit consent

For certain types of interactions, for example sending marketing materials, we obtain explicit user consent. This may be in the form of consent confirmation in the payment form, or in response to our special request. Unsubscribe links are usually included in the marketing materials you receive.

Comments

If a visitor leaves a comment on the site, we collect the data specified in the comment form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user-agent data to determine spam. This data may be used by third-party services for spam blocking. A number of decisions regarding the possibility of comments or access to the site may be made by automated systems. If you experience false blocks, please contact our technical support.

An anonymized string created from your email address (“hash”) may be provided to the Gravatar service to determine whether you are using it. Gravatar’s privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After your comment is approved, your profile picture will be publicly visible in the context of your comment.

Media

If you are a registered user and upload photos to the site, you may want to avoid uploading images with EXIF metadata, as they may contain data about your GPS location. Visitors can obtain this information by downloading the image from the site.

How we protect your data

Security

The site ensures the security of the user’s account against unauthorized access. Data exchange between the site and users occurs in encrypted form over a secure SSL protocol, with certificates from Let’s Encrypt and/or Cloudflare. Transmission of payment card data between the site and the financial provider takes place over a secure SSL protocol.

The site does not store data about payment cards used during payment. All card transactions are processed on the financial services provider’s site—the bank or a financial (processing) company.

However, while we strive to safeguard your personal information, you must also take measures to protect it.

We strongly recommend that you take all possible precautions while online. The services and websites we provide include measures to protect against leakage, unauthorized use and alteration of information that we control. Although we do our best to ensure the integrity and security of our network and systems, we cannot guarantee that our security measures will help prevent unauthorized access to this information by hackers from third parties.

Location of personal data storage

The hosting company and the site server are located in Germany. Access to the site may involve Cloudflare services and the BunnyNet CDN network. Data between all nodes is transmitted over a secure SSL protocol. The use of a CDN may reveal different addresses, different from the original static site address in Germany when attempting to identify our location.

Change notice

The site reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy without additional notice. Updates take effect from the moment they are published.
